    Dedicated to the reign of Princess Olga (945-964), whose activities are associated with a new stage in the development of ancient Russian statehood. Having ascended the throne of Kyiv, Princess Olga pursued a successful domestic and foreign policy, strengthened trade and political ties of Kievan Rus, and contributed to the growth of its international prestige. She continued her policy of maintaining friendly relations with Byzantium, and was baptized in the main temple of the Byzantine Empire - St. Sophia Cathedral.
    On the obverse of the coin there are: at the top - a small State Emblem of Ukraine, under which the inscription - UKRAINE; on the left, the year of coinage - 2020; below the denomination of the coin - 20 / UAH; in the center on the background of the decorative ornament of the times of Kyiv Rus - a stylized gilded image of a fragment of the chronicle miniature (local gilding, gold content in purity not less than 0.001 g).
