Turkey Turkish Navy Ceremonial Parade Dress Dagger Knife. Post world war 2 and probably? up to &including current issue. This is the short version with a 9.5" blade length; & overall 17"inches. Engraved blade has Ottoman designs, including crescent & star on one side of blade & a naval anchor on other side. Push button locks dagger into scabbard. Very similar to German WWII Navy daggers. Another naval anchor on one side of cross guard; white plastic grip has wire wrap. Beautiful gilt finish that appears overall very minty but upon extreme examination there are minute handling marks and manufacture imperfections. Photos describe best-study carefully. These arent easy to find in West-probably unissued-date unknown. This one happens to be in USA. .postage.
