Designed after the traditional Scottish sgian dubh, this 9 inch Dirk Dagger knife features a 4.5 inch stainless steel blade, spear point, with an authentic short blood groove on one side.  It sports a scalloped filework on the spine of the blade which is common on all Scottish knives. The Celtic knotwork and Scottish medallion decorates the brown ABS wood grin handle which is topped off with an eye catching blue decorative stone on the hilt. The medallion sports a gun and feather crisscross.  The ABS wood grain scabbard features Celtic knotwork design fittings. The history is rich in these Scottish Gaelic sgain dubh knife and you can own this piece for the lowest price in the market. It is worn as part of traditional Scottish Highland dress along with the kilt and tucked into the top of the kilt hose with only the upper portion of the hilt visible. The sgian dubh is normally worn on the right leg, but can also be worn on the left, depending on whether the wearer is right or left-handed.
