Brass insert, with the additional small, removable, aluminum sleeve for the ultimate in charge weight accuracy. No static electricity that can be associated with plastic inserts.

Give me a measurement on the inside diameter of your tube as a note in your transaction. Most are in the .310+ range but its best to measure to be sure. The best way to measure is lock your calipers at .310 and see if they fit. If not, lock them at .309 and check, and so on. Find the largest number that will fit and give me that. Remember, the inserts are made slightly undersized, so you may need to add just a tad of scotch tape or teflon tape to the OD of the insert for a slip/snug fit to keep it in place. *FYI, if you have reprogrammed your CM to faster settings, you will likely need to return it to factory settings.
