    Rare George Woodhead Howard Street Sheffield 1840's Bowie Knife. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    The total length of the blade including the tang is a little under 9 inches. The blade length is 5.25 inches.
    The blade is 1inch wide at it's widest and then tapers to the point.
    The point of the blade is chipped off.
    It is still sharp.
    There is a good bit of rust spots on both sides of the blade.
    When tilting the blade so the light catches the side you can see that there was an etched design on the blade.
    The spine of the blade is 3.6mm thick.
    It has been sharpened down a little more in one spot.
