Description:
Semi automatic simultaneous Fill & Seal. single cup filling while 2nd cup simultaneously is sealing. It is currently set up to fill and seal 5.6" diameter round PET containers. I have about 10,000 containers and lids as well as the necessary film. The PAO-1 sealer has been designed and tested to seal containers with a seal strong enough for running through (HPP) High pressure pasteurization.
As you see in one of the pictures from the day it was manufactured this machine has only been run about 27,000 cycles.
I am very meticulous about maintaining all of my equipment in perfect condition.
The machine can be modified to work with different diameter containers.

Model PAO Semi-Automatic Roll Membrane Sealing Machine
