Lobstertail Dagger Fluted Grip Silver Guard & Pommel Embossed w/Gargoyles/Angels
For your consideration is this Rare Lobstertail Dagger Fluted Grip Silver Guard & Pommel Embossed w/Gargoyles/Angels.  The knife is in very nice condition with some darkening of the D.E. blade as shown in pictures.  There is a small split in the pommel, and a tight age crack in the handle as shown in picture. Connections are tight.  The silver guard and pommel have many years of patina, I will leave it to purchaser if they prefer to clean and polish.  There is no sheath.  Identification of this piece is still in process but knowledgeable inquiries indicate this is quite rare.  Please feel free to add any suggestions.
This is from an extensive collection of world edged weapons assembled in the 1970's & 80's by a Northern Florida antique dealer.
