    Description

    The EIM-001 is the original Edutige iMicrophone, made especially for the iPhone, iPad, and other Apple products.
    It is a high-sensitivity microphone made especially for capturing voice at a distance. What this mic will do is boost the volume of your audio recordings and is perfectly suited for meetings or lectures when you can’t get close to the source. It’s also great when you want to discreetly record your thoughts without attracting too much attention to yourself.
    The EIM-001 is originally designed for Apple products, iPhone, iPad, iPod, MacBook Pro, and iMac. But it turns out to be the excellent external microphone for other smartphones and tablets such as Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets. However, please note that not all smartphones and tablets support external microphones equally well.
    If you’re going to be using the audio for professional purposes or for videos, then go for the EIM-003. Also, check out our unidirectional microphone, EIM-008 when making videos or podcasting when things are a bit noisy around you.

    The EIM-001 is compatible with Apple devices running iOS and Mac OS X such as iPhone, iPad, iPod, iPod touch, MacBook Pro, and iMac.
    Android Devices:
    Most Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets work great with the EIM-001. But We cannot guarantee compatibility with all other Android phones and tablets. Some work great with our mics, while others don’t work at all. It is always best to ask us if you are not sure.
    The EIM-001 is not compatible with the 3-pole devices such as DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, GoPro action cams*, digital voice recorders, camcorders.
