  • Condition: Glue residue and discoloration to the felt lining on the inside of the hat. Chin straps secured by slightly frayed at edges. Whip attached firmly, has been wrapped in tape for reinforcement: some tape unraveling. Some fraying to the green cord wrapped around the coins at ends.

    Description

    Asian Hat Coin Whip
    The whip portion of this item measures approximately 64 inches (a little over 5 feet) and contains 40 interwoven Asian coins.  Whip itself is flexible with a wide range of movement.  The Cord is secured to the top of the hat via a wooden piece.  Hat is covered in black and red velvety felt.  Felt covering clearly hand crafted, glue residue is visible on outside and inside of the hat.
