Antique Bowie Knife Dag Dagger 15" John Baldwin Collector Original

This listing is for one original antique knife.
I do not know much about knives.  I got this knife from the estate of an old collector who passed away years ago.   The knife had a tag on it that read:  Military Chuck Wagon Knife - Rare - shown in John Baldwin's book Early Knives & Beaded Sheaths page 54 - #151.  I do not have that book, so I can not verify that info.
Total length overall is 15 5/8".  Blade is 9 1/2" long and 3" wide.  The top edge of the blade is also sharpened.  The blade is thick, solid and heavy - feels like one helluva lethal weapon.
Condition very good.  No significant defects that I can see.  Blades sharp with no nicks.  Handle solid with no cracking, etc.  Doesn't look like this knife was ever monkeyed with.  There are no markings on this knife that I can see.  Beyond that, not more I can tell you.  So please ask questions if you need any more details or photos.

Added Note:  I received a message from a gentleman who told me he sold this knife to John Baldwin in about 1976.  This one may be that exact same knife!
