    Description

    This beautifully hand crafted dagger is NOT a weapon but crafted for decorative purposes.  The blade is 14" (50.9 cm) and the sheath is 15-3/8" (39 cm).  The entire dagger is 20" (50.9 cm) in length.  This dagger was hand-crafted in the old tradition of firing and hammering out the steel blade shape.  It takes several days to complete the intricate design on the sheath and blade handle.  The smith used wood as I watched the process.
